RV Safe error code Red LED on + constant beeps

CriticalLP / Propane SystemVerified against the manufacturer's manual

PROPANE ALARM: propane at the sensor exceeded the alarm threshold for more than 30 seconds - REV 06.01.22: 25% of the lower-explosive limit (spec 5250 ppm, <25% LEL, for 30 seconds); REV 12.05.19: 10% of the lower-explosive-limit in its prose (10% LEL, or 2,100 ppm) but 4200 ppm (<20% LEL) in its spec block. The horn beeps constantly and the red LED is ON steady (green off). Activation indicates propane gas, which can cause an explosion and/or fire - normally a leak in the propane pipes or a propane appliance. Silence/Test mutes it for 5 minutes; it resumes if gas is still present. Two official revisions are archived and disagree; both values are stated. REV 06.01.22 = rvsafealarm.com copy (RVCOLP-2 / RVLP-2); REV 12.05.19 = Forest River copy (adds the 3-wire RVCOLP-3 / RVLP-3).

What to check, and in what order, is in the app. The flow RV Safe RVCOLP / RVLP - alarm, LED and self-test signal decoder walks this code step by step with the pass/fail measurements, wiring schematics and procedures that go with it, and it works offline in the bay.
