HIGH VOLTAGE state (REV 06.01.22 manual only - the REV 12.05.19 manual has no such state): both LEDs flash each minute and the horn gives a double chirp each minute. The manual prints no high-voltage threshold and no prose for this state beyond the table row; its supply window is 9 to 15 VDC (13.5V nominal). Two official revisions are archived and disagree; both values are stated. REV 06.01.22 = rvsafealarm.com copy (RVCOLP-2 / RVLP-2); REV 12.05.19 = Forest River copy (adds the 3-wire RVCOLP-3 / RVLP-3).
