RV Safe error code Red LED double-flash each minute + 1 chirp each minute
END-OF-LIFE or OTHER FAILURE state: the CO or propane alarm failed a self test, or the End-of-Life was reached after 5 years of operation. The horn chirps every minute and the LED double-flashes every minute (the state table shows the green LED OFF and the red LED double-flashing; the prose says both LEDs double flash). Replace the alarm immediately. This pattern is NOT the MTI Safe-T-Alert RED RED GREEN GREEN end-of-life signal.
