EQ Systems Auto-Level / Smart-Level error code ENGAGE PARK BRAKE LED
The park-brake input (black wire with yellow trace) is not grounded: the park brake is released, or - where no park-brake switch is connected - the wire was never grounded. Depending on panel part number and software, manual extension and auto-level are denied while it is lit. EQ says SET the park brake; it is not wired on every application. Trailer Smart-Level panels have no park-brake input.
What to check, and in what order, is in the app. The flow EQ Systems Smart-Level / Auto-Level - panel, pump, jacks and status lights (control circuit) walks this code step by step with the pass/fail measurements, wiring schematics and procedures that go with it, and it works offline in the bay.
