MTI Safe-T-Alert 25 Series error code Steady red CO LED + 4 beeps, 5 s silence (repeating)
CO ALARM (25 series): the red CO LED flashes and the alarm sounds 4 beeps then is silent for 5 seconds - the CO level is over 35 ppm (alarm trigger is under 15 minutes at 400 ppm). The cycle continues until TEST/Mute is pressed; the RED light stays on until the CO has cleared, or the alarm reactivates in approximately 6 minutes if CO is still present. The signal table prints the LED as STEADY RED. Immediate action is required.
