No power / no operation (25 series). Troubleshooting causes: bad wire connection, reversed wiring, main power off, missing or blown fuse; otherwise contact Customer Service. Note the manual allows wiring through the main disconnect - the alarm is off whenever the disconnect is off, and the RV must not be occupied in that state.
