Smart-Level control panel lock-up (EQ service advisory, October 2021): all or most panel lights stay on solid, no button does anything and the power button will not turn it off. Caused by voltage irregularity - no properly charged battery (the system ran from a minimal or low-voltage supply) - or high voltage spikes.
