Onan HGJAA-HGJAF error code 45 (Speed Sense Fault)
Controller unable to sense quadrature frequency (Q1-Q2 signal lost; the Q1-Q2 winding generates the quadrature reference signal the controller uses for RPM and configuration). Manual logic: while running, the quadrature frequency dropped to 0 Hz for 1 continuous second.
