Hughes Power Watchdog EPO error code E9
Power Watchdog surge module used up - the WatchDog logo and the E9 code turn RED; the surge protection capacity is depleted. E9 is the ONLY Power Watchdog code that does NOT cut power (surges last thousandths of a second). Replace the surge module.
