Privacy Policy
Effective July 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Delthoros LLC ("we," "us") handles information in connection with the RV Tech Suite application and website at rvtechsuite.app (the "Service").
The short version: we collect what's needed to run accounts and billing, your diagnostic work stays on your device, and we don't sell your information.
1.Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and authentication data. Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider, Clerk.
Billing information. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe (via Clerk billing). Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. We receive subscription status, plan, and billing history.
Support communications. If you email [email protected], we keep the correspondence so we can help you.
Technical basics. Our hosting and delivery providers (currently Cloudflare) process standard web logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — to serve and secure the site.
Session and security signals. To protect per-seat licensing, we may process sign-in events and session data (such as approximate location derived from IP, device/browser identifiers, and concurrent-session counts) to detect shared or compromised accounts.
2.What stays on your device
The Service is an offline-first application. The reference library is cached on your device, and your working data — service logs, notes, flow progress, preferences (like Field Mode), and reports you build — is stored locally on your device, not on our servers. If you clear your browser data or uninstall the app, that local data is deleted; we cannot recover it for you.
3.What we do NOT collect
We do not collect the content of your diagnostic sessions, your customers' information, your location while you work, or advertising identifiers. We do not run third-party advertising or ad-tracking on the Service.
4.How we use information
- Provide, secure, and maintain the Service and your account
- Process subscriptions, trials, and payments
- Communicate about the Service: receipts, renewal and price-change notices, material updates, and replies to your support requests
- Enforce our Terms of Service, including per-seat licensing
- Debug, improve, and understand aggregate usage of the Service
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
5.Who we share information with
Only service providers who help us run the product, under their own contractual obligations: Clerk (authentication and subscription management), Stripe (payment processing), and Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, content delivery). We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction (such as a merger or acquisition), in which case this policy continues to apply to the transferred data.
6.Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and browser storage for sign-in sessions (Clerk), your preferences, and the offline content cache. These are functional, not advertising, technologies. Blocking them will prevent the Service from working.
7.Data retention
Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and as needed afterward for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Support emails are kept as long as useful for support history. Local device data is under your control (see §2).
8.Your choices and rights
- Access / correction / deletion: email [email protected] and we will provide, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Cancellation: you can cancel your subscription at any time (see the Terms of Service).
- Email: transactional emails (receipts, renewal notices, material service notices) are part of the Service; any promotional email will include an unsubscribe option.
Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights under local law; we will honor valid requests. We do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
9.Security
We rely on established providers (Clerk, Stripe, Cloudflare) for authentication, payment, and transport security, and all Service traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure; keep your credentials private (see the Terms, §3) and notify us of any suspected compromise.
10.Children
The Service is a professional tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11.Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will give notice by email or in the Service before the change takes effect, and update the effective date above.
