Temperature Surge - outlet temperature moved outside the expected band. Causes: cold water surge in the system (toilet flush / cold faucets opened), cold water mix ratio, insufficient water supply, insufficient water flow, or a system fault. Minimum flow for operation is 0.32 gpm (1.2 L/min).
