Flame sensed before ignition (buzzer) — board detects flame current at the rod BEFORE commanding the gas valve open. Safety lockout per CCD-0005833 §E9. NOTE: FWH09 firmware rolls E9 into E5 'Air pressure' bucket; F2GWH still shows E9 explicitly.
