Aqua-Hot error code Ignition Failure
Reporter displays the verbatim fault 'Ignition Failure' -- the diesel burner attempted ignition but flame was not detected within the trial-for-ignition window. On the Reporter-equipped 400/600/675 units this is the exact on-panel label (newest Edge/AHM-125 touchscreen reads 'Burner: Failed to Ignite'). The Reporter gives no further breakdown -- run the manual photo-eye / fuel / igniter diagnostic.
What to check, and in what order, is in the app. The flow Aqua-Hot Reporter — Fault Screen Triage walks this code step by step with the pass/fail measurements, wiring schematics and procedures that go with it, and it works offline in the bay.
