Aqua-Hot AHE-400-D02 error code AC ELEMENT TRIPS PEDESTAL GFCI
The 120 V AC heating element has internal insulation failure (corrosion or moisture intrusion) that creates a ground-fault path; the campground pedestal GFCI senses leakage current and trips. Safety hazard - the element is leaking AC voltage to the boiler coolant / chassis ground.
