V9 status flag 'Pre-Charge Error' (PRECHARGE FAULT): with pre-charge control enabled, the load-side voltage did not rise to battery voltage within 5 seconds, so the BMS refused to close the main contactor. Extra DC loads on the inverter side, or a very low-resistance load bank the BMS reads as a short, cause this.
