V9 status flag 'High Voltage State' (High Voltage Cutoff): battery voltage reached 3.70 VPC or any cell reached 3.80 V (12 V pack: 14.80 V pack-level, 3.80 VPC cell-level). A charge source is overshooting its target voltage.
